  1. 1) Are there minum orders or certain types of projects that you accept?
  2. 2) Of course my gear is sufficiently valuable! How do I start the process of getting a custom protective cover for it?

    1. 1) Are there minimum orders or certain types of projects that you accept?

      There is a minimum order of 100 covers or the dollar amount equivalent. This type of custom work is resource intensive and therefore not really suited to ‘one-off’ jobs… typically. There are, however, exceptions as with most any rule. If your device is sufficiently valuable so as to warrant our prototyping and minimum order standards, by all means, give us a call and let’s get it protected!

      Yes! A decent quality photo of your device, gizmo, instrument, etc… They say a picture is worth a thousand words- and it’s true!... but we find a picture in combination with a few words over the phone is exponentially better. You can send said photo(s) to: custom@protectcovers.comp

      We are used to working with technologically sensitive designs. We keep all photos, designs, concepts and information in complete confidence. If your machine is emotionally sensitive, we will be especially hush-hush about that.

      We’re gonna need the unit in hand. We’ll take a functioning or non-functioning version of exactly what you’d like to cover. You can send said unit to:

      From there, we’ll review your special machine with our engineer and get in contact with you regarding prototype charges and time frame. Back to Top

    1. 6) Let’s prototype!

      Perfect. We’ll create male and female molds and you will have prototype/ sample covers in your hand very, very soon. You will most likely be in love with them. In the event that you love them, but you aren’t IN love, we will make the requisite changes to ensure your satisfaction. Upon final approval, we will ship your quantity order.

    1. 7) What is the time frame for something like this?

      We’re a custom shop and we’ll do our best to satisfy your temporal requirements. Fast! That being said there can be factors that can effect timeframes. I.e., how many projects we are currently engaged in as well as the complexity of your project and the amount of back and forth, design tweak involved, etc…
